Teddy Bear Fest: in photos

Smiles abound at annual event

It was another Saturday of rain, but that did not deter residents and visitors to attend the 28th Teddy Bear Festival on the New Milford Village Green.

The popular event was presented by the Woman’s Club of Greater New Milford, along with the Town of New Milford.

Offerings included an assortment of games; craft vendors; entertainment food; an Adoption Center where attendees adopted new best friends; a Teddy Bear Hospital, where stuffed friends went to get a check-up and undergo one-day surgery; and a Teddy Bear Parade.
