Founded by Kimberly Cross, KTC brings big-brand marketing and business experience to local restaurants, law firms, B-to-B businesses, contractors, and nonprofits — with services spanning brand strategy, content marketing, and digital discoverability. We do not have a brick & mortar location, we work remote or come to you!

Meet Kim Cross — the founder behind KTC, and a believer that small businesses deserve big-brand thinking. Kim spent years working with talented teams on brands like Nike, MGM, Margaritaville, and even Coca-Cola -- but her real passion is bringing that same level of strategy to the small- and medium-sized businesses: restaurants, law firms, contractors, architecture firms, nonprofits, and the people building something passionate and very real. Her philosophy? Businesses don't need a huge internal team to compete... they need the right strategic partner. That's the whole idea behind KTC acting as a fractional marketing team: giving business owners access to brand positioning, content strategy, and digital expertise usually reserved for companies ten times their size --without the overhead of building it in-house. Marketing isn't a checklist. It's the thing that lets a great business finally look and sound as good as it actually is.
