Centerbrook Farm-Hipp Farm

Centerbrook Farm (Hipp Farm) is a historic family farm in New Milford, CT, rooted in over a century of agricultural tradition. The Hipp family has owned and worked the land since 1896, building a legacy of farming and land stewardship across generations. From the time he was barely four years old, Jesse Miller knew he wanted to be a farmer. He began working alongside his grandfather, the late James Hipp, at Centerbrook Farm on Chestnut Land Road (Route 109), and continues to carry on the family legacy today.

Centerbrook Farm offers a variety of locally raised products, including beef, pork, chicken, vegetables, and farm-fresh eggs. The farm operates an on-site farmstand and provides Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares, giving the community direct access to seasonal, locally grown food.

For weekly availability and updates, customers are encouraged to follow the farm on Facebook.
