Trunk or Treat

Parks and Recreation is excited to offer Trunk or Treat on the Town Green!

The Thriller Flash Mob will be joining us again this year on the middle Green at 6 PM so be sure to keep an eye out for zombies and spooky fun!!

Please note, beginning Monday, September 29th we will accept full bags of unopened candy through October 24th.

Donation locations (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM)

- Parks and Recreation Office (2 Pickett District Road)

- Town Hall (10 Main Street) 

- Senior Center (40 Main Street) 

Trunk or Treat is open to the public and no registration is required.

This is a free event. Dressing up in costume is strongly encouraged.

Trunks (hand out candy) - We are looking for participants to decorate their vehicles, dress up in costume, and hand out candy.

You must register so that we can accommodate a space for your vehicle (one registration per vehicle only). Vehicles will be assigned a parking spot along the Town Green. 

You can begin setting up at 3:30 PM and must be finished decorating by 4:15 PM. You will not be allowed to drive down Main Street from the top of the Green (Elm St) after 4 PM.

Please bring candy to distribute for approximately 2,000 participants. 

Trunk Registration will close at 11:59PM on Wednesday, October 22nd.
