"The Big Rise"

A fun and educational presentation that walks through the basics--what sourdough is, how it works, and why it’s so special. Isabelle will bring along fresh, homemade sourdough bread for hands-on learning. You will get to see, touch, and smell real examples while we talk through what makes a great loaf. She'll also bring all of her baking equipment for a show and tell, so you can see the tools she uses to create the perfect sourdough. Plus, you'll receive a special gift--your own sourdough starter!
