Built around 1902 as the Lincoln House, this structure replaced the hotel that perished in the town's Great Fire. The lodging house began in 1885 and closed in 1925. It was a bank for 10 years. It has since served as home for several restaurants, including 31 Bank, Salsa Restaurant, The Bistro Cafe and Zaragoza. Filming for the 2002 movie "Mr. Deeds," starring Adam Sandler, partially took place in the former Bistro Cafe, which was turned into Deeds' Pizza.
